I know you took the concept I put a different post before that that was a reply to someone who said they never saw the map for warcraft 3 I said not to be rude it has been done but I like that you put an original take on it using needs. (or something along those lines)

Also, Icky i tested the server with a couple of friends and they were all errors, this is only when they are in human form. And i'm pretty sure that i got all the required content :)

It's probably a custom script from the server. It has nothing to do with parasite.

EDIT: Once again an edit :) Though this will be my last one before bed, I reinstalled the server reinstalled my garrysmod but still there are only errors. Though if i start a sandbox, i can use the playermodel and spawn the npc without any error.
Just join mine. It's not hosted on a local machine, and ours has no errors, and it's updated.

I had 400 ping on your server. Might have been someone who downloaded something :) Now i can't find it.
I tried using EntEd to fix the lasers on para_spaceship_v7_bis.bsp today (as well as a add a delay on the light switch butttons to finally stop people spamming the lights) but after trying for 2 hours, I can't work out why both env_laser and env_beam (I tried that too) will not hurt anyone. Does anyone know what's wrong with it?
By the way, I would have used EntSpy but for some reason it just closes down after I choose the map.

I don't understand your meaning Ickylevel, but here's my reasoning:
The map data is fine - brushes, lighting, zoning etc. There's only a problem with entities, meaning there's no need for a recompile. This is why I used an entity editor on the .bsp rather than opening the vmf. It also has the advantage that clients won't have to re-download the map either, as the server handles map entities.
Of course, if you wanted to edit from the vmf you could - but as I said, I tried for 2 hours messing with env_laser/env_beam settings, taking only 5-15 mins to change things each time. If I was working form the vmf, then a fast compile would be needed for every test - only to find what was changed didn't work.
Then again though, maybe all the map needs to fix the laser entities is recompiling with the orange box compile tools.
Its fast to compile with no light / portals. I may try it.

I hope you don't come back to my server. Also, your smartness level reflects how much you care about what other people see in your post. A negative number means you need to go back to English 101. Wow calm down, i never team killed anyone, I AM NOT 12 i am 14 and the reason why my smartness is so damn negative is because i have not posted on Facepunch since the 2008 gmod update and i am sure we all know our smartness was dramaticly decreased. I have played the last 6 hour's on your server and all i have seen is admin abuse and the fact that if anyone has a high pitched voice or is younger than 15 you hate on people.

Okay thanks. We used that one but not many people liked it. We have another map being made for us so it will be much better, since it's using ob engine.
Maybe you should take out those tasks and make it more objective, like you start off in a messhall and your first objective is to restore air supply to the ship, then you have to gather parts lying around the ship to repair a scout ship in the hanger, so the idea of you fixing a broken ship doing tasks to find parts and re-establish certain gravity levels, air support, security systems and power instead of going to the bathroom and living in a infested alien ship acting like nothing's going on. And i think you should totally take out alien spawn, it may help for that trading system you got there but, but i thought the goal of the gamemode was "Aliens turn into humans, humans not know who aliens are, aliens kill human's in secretive ways, humans escape/die" to me personally the game mode reflects of a movie called "The Thing" where an alaskian outpost finds frozen bodie's in the ice non like human one's, they think it's dead so they leave it in the storage room, a man goe's into the storage room putting equipment away, then the alien quietly kills him and consumes him taking the form of that exact human voice and all, people start disappearing and they do not trust each other they try to fix a helicopter then there left to kill "The Thing" since they know they can not escape. If it interest anyone , I can release the vmf of the para_arena map. So that soemone can add details to it , changes somes things ... It's not that hard. Then we'll have a rather good map I think .
Is anyone else's gmod crashing as soon as they join nofear's server? It's running hastur_v2 at the moment. It's never done this to me before, and it's peculiar because a lighting problem with my wip map has just appeared that crashes the game when I try to turn off a large set of lights. If it's only me who's having this problem that could mean the two crashes are related, but if it's others too, well...
On another note, I'm very, very close to playtesting my map (currently unfinished and bare in some spots but still presentable and playable), as soon as I fix this lighting bug I'm going to start testing it.
*edit* Figured out what was wrong with my map, turns out it's not related to hastur crashing.
