* The incorporated RCON
* They allow .DLLs (At least, they did, I don't know if they do anymore)
Anyways, after a while I went for DaemonServers as their support was way more professional. (Even tho it took more time to get answers.)
And I still am with them.
I should say, their control panel is enough simple too, but it lacks something that you can easily fix downloading HLSW.
Only real issue, is that only who bought the server can submit support tickets, so, if you want to submit one, you have to:
Option 1) Know the owner's account details.
Option 2) Contact the owner and tell him to submit a ticket.
Option 3) Be the owner.
So as you can see, I am telling you to get DaemonServers.
(Also because the control panel is the same as Xenon's, so you will not need to get used to it.)

Doubt it, he mentioned a fairly popular service that wouldn't piss around like that. And he did mention the negatives of his new service as well, plus the positives of NFO. Granted, his review was pure bullshit but I doubt he was a competitor just an idiot. Customer Service, can never please every customer.
NFO is very reasonable with their short-response tickets. I favor them the most over Xenon.
NFO is the only server host where I have had a ping of five, at the max players. (20)
With their preiuam Seattle servers, it's worth it.
I bought a Xenon Server a month ago, it's laggy as shit. :\
Never tried anything else though
