Not all children are stupid, there are few who play without making nonsense, but the rest, as we define them, yelling into the microphone, Bothering the other players, arresting people without reason in RP, and making RDM all the time
Yes there are too many 6 year olds who still didn't pass 1st grade. But having a good admin thats a kid is very rare. Some of the best dark rp servers are populated by kids.

They're always in the build servers, just yesterday some kid was outside the house I made with his mic repeating "CAN I COME IN?" So I added a trap door, and he deleted it.

That reminds of of the times I go in a server running GM_Construct.
I like to claim the Dark Room as my hideout and begin by making a E2 door for it. If not for the fact that people could noclip around it, it would be foolproof.
Now. When people (usually they are young, you can tell by their voice) see me beginning work on the Dark Room base, they run into it, start spawning lights, and won't get out. This is very annoying as I like to place just enough lights to see, and thats it. Its even more annoying when you are trying to set up while someone comes in and repeatedly spawns NPCs.
Except unlike in your case, they don't ask to come in. I have to keep killing them, or making E2 teleport traps to ensure they will stay out.
I wouldn't have problem with kids if they didn't rape my ears.
And yes, there are too many of them

There is to many kids,but a fair amount of the ones i meet in gmod servers sometimes have a high voice,but they also are nice.
I remember when a friend of mine had a GMod server up, and I had admin. The first night some kids came on. One was not completely retarded, but was 10, he told us he was 10. The other, also 10, had a shitty mic and I had told him repeatedly to shut up. Eventually, he deliberately began screaming over it, so I banned him. I don't mind kids, even with annoying voices, as long as they're not retarded, have a good mic, and listen. Technically though, since the lowest rating of a source game is T/13+, there technically shouldn't be a person below 13 on GMod, but nobody ever pays attention to that shit.

Thank you for clarifying, I didn't know it was voluntary to submit the game to the ESRB. Still though, you'd hope parents would give a shit. I know that it isn't illegal to play it, but they shouldn't be/aren't(depending on the store and whether the store gives a shit) able to buy it, especially since a kid can't get a credit card and GMod is only available on Steam. Their parents should be looking into the games they buy their kids more before just agreeing to it.
Granted, nobody gives a shit. I would have had a boring childhood if my parents had given a shit about the ESRB, and I'm being a massive hypocrite because I'm old enough to buy anything, like pretty much everyone else with this attitude, and get annoyed by dipshit kids on the mic who shouldn't be playing the game in the first place.
I was never that annoying kid though, I didn't start online games with mics until I was 15 and had lost my squeaky voice, and had just started online gaming at age 13.
