Too Many Kids - Garry's Mod

Funny how everyone is saying "Oh, yea, I'm 11/12 but I'm like more mature and more cool you know, I hate other kids" but at the end of the day they're there to yell. My mic increases the pitch of my voice to where it's just high enough for me to sound 10. Therefore I don't use my mic and type. No one is mad, and I can prove that I have better grammar than some people.

I personally like to listen to the little kids talk. I'm an admin on 2 servers, both seeming to draw a huge amount of little kids. Whenever a little kid joins, I greet them and treat them as any other person. 9/10 times however, the little kid asks if he can have admin. I say no, then the kid starts to spam and scream. I milk the fun out of this and listen, laughing. I keep doing this until (A the fun runs out or (B they leave. If they don't freak out, I ask them to show me what they can build, and when I'm better (9/10, Hoverball airboats sure can spread) I teach them what I know.

For me, its, Ok, yeah, its a kid, so what. He has a mic, If it hurts that bad, i kindly ask him to stfu. If he is acting like a kid, thats when the problem starts. Im not saying all kids in gmod are good. Im not saying all kids in gmod are bad. Its just that handful that are mature for their age that really keep you from rage quitting saying I CANT FUCKING TAKE THESE SNOT NOSED FUCKING BRATS ANYMORE.

I think it'd be amusing if a modification was made to the game so that anyone who typed crappily in chat had their microphone pitch raised if they tried to use it.

Today, I was playing a match with a 14 year old on Halo 2, yeah, yeah, it's not Garry's Mod, but anyway, I say, "Having those X's in your name doesn't make you look L337, it just looks stupid." Then he says "stfu kid" I reply back, "talk properly, you know, it's better to use grammar, I'm a grammar nazi". He replies back again saying "Stfu using no grammar is beter coz its easier to rite". I reply back "But its hard to understand, especially when you type 'liek dis cool cuz les go nd hng out 2night' I mean, it's really annoying, just shut up. And he won't stop complaining. He's 14, I'm 12. Jesus fucking christ kids these days. Luckily thanks to facepunch, showed me that using grammar is better, I already knew where to put commas, full stops. etc. And yeah, if you remember my first 2-5 months here, my grammar wasn't great, but now it is.

Can anybody tell me why people rate an INTELLIGENT 13 year old boxes? I'm seeing posts by young ones that have good grammar and spelling, and people rate them dumb.. Anyways, I think kids aren't too bad. In my opinion, kids are bad if: They cuss every other word "Your mom" - 'nuff said. Trys to act smart/cool Won't shut the fuck up even if they are asked to. Makes VERY mingey contraptions.

It's funny because over half the people posting in this thread are probably under 14.

I've been playing on a Fretta server quite a lot recently and I haven't had many problems with kids. People do talk on mic a lot and sometimes people scream at the people who are always talking. Doesn't really matter what their voice sounds like. But the other day there was some obnoxious kid trying to tell me how to do stuff I already knew how to do. People just told him to STFU and he did. In a more extreme case some kid wouldn't shut the fuck up, so we vote banned him.
