THAT is a sign of a badly maintained server. You're supposed to recruit admins that you've seen are mature, sensible, and active. Anyone can lie on one of those application forms. Try being a good server owner and hand-picking your admins.
I'm also not surprised most people here are insulting you for being a child. What does the 1999 in your name signify? Your birth date? 'Cause that would make you 10, which seems to fit, considering how you're acting.

I am aware there are a few decent DarkRPers out there, but it's hard to find them with the tide of mingebags that flood DarkRP servers.
You're an idiot if you look for people to admin your server on FP. You find good admins by just admining your server yourself at first, and the good people you meet on Gmod RP are the ones you make your admins.

Yet to see one... The server is always doomed... It either has a dumb admin who's always flying around with noclip, spawning guns for him (and all the things that ruin the game) or it has good admin but the community is rotten.
