Hmm, this looks like quite a nice project you have here. I'm proficient in php, and have experience with phpBB. I can help you during my free time on an account system that interacts with a website. Although I can't promise I can link phpBB and the roleplay script. As far as the testing is concerned, I'd be happy to help if I'm online at the time. But the problems when linking phpBB and the gamemode would mainly consist of incompatibility with the tables... You'd have to create a new table for the game data and somehow link that to the forum accounts. It's possible, though :)

I probably can do registration though phpBB, but storing user info is something else... I'm thinking about the custom profile fields option in phpBB. I haven't looked into how that information is stored yet, but I hope it can be adjusted easily. Also, if there was anything to do with web server - game server interaction, I would think the http.Get method would work out better than a direct MySQL connection, because this allows usage of phpBB's own functions.

1 thing for sure: if you buy a door you will own the whole complex. And something I was thinking about: maybe make it so that you can't buy doors directly, but you have to go to something like a shop with a NPC, or a board, where you can rent / buy complexes.. I'm not sure if it will work out well

The complex will be there, so will cop ownable, admin and unownable. But a direct system will be there (buy from the Door) What map should the server be at? Downtown, city18, OMGCity

Why do you really need an anti swear list? In my opinion it kind of ruins it. Servers should have a command to disable it.

If your users are too stupid to not swear when it's unappropriate, ban them. It's that simple. A few fuck's and shit's here and there won't hurt, especially if you want to get in character.
