This isn't possible in the now known science at all! if it was I'm sure some scientist would have created one a long time ago! If you really want this in real-life I suggest you freeze yourself to be unfrozen in about 500 years?
you must live under a fucking rock
Fail. It says an ACTUAL physics gun. As in real life. As in not GMod.
could still work maybe?
could still work maybe?
it could absolutely work, it may require a lot of cash and effort but there is a way to make a rudimentary physics gun IRL.

you might be trolling but, how would that work... in theory of course
in theory it is possible and no im not trolling, if in fact there was a way to control the field of gravity that surrounds each and every subatomic particle it could be directed using particles that repel gravity, that's pretty much what the Large Hadron Collider does: it's looking for what's called the God particle. Scientists have partially identified that repelling force as what keeps electrons in their orbit shells. 500 years is the amount of time it would take for these devices to be household. 40-50 years is the amount of time to get it working properly.
"Herp-de-derp, I read science magazines/articles where words like gravity, LHC, god-particle and sub-atomic particle appears.
Therefore I know more than any scientist do today."
Grow up, you don't know shit about anything. :colbert:
I sense closed minds. XGman is right, I believe the proper name is the "higgs" particle, not sure how that is spelled though.

so what if i read science magazines does that make me a fucking Nazi? im just tryin to answer this guys question, im not being a troll like you. some people would think its good to know that someone my age knows stuff like this. the only reason i study this is because it interests me. whether I fit your standards remains uncared about by alot of peopl

yeah you might be right i thinks it the Higgs boson. not sure though i read a book about it a while ago

500 years til its household possible... what do you know about cryo? :P
The OP has already moved on, as I see no progress. The best it could come out with is a Box with a Mixer on top. Painted blue.
But it would take him a month to post it. He got grounded.
okay fine ill just stop then

If by controlling the field of gravity you mean using a huge fucking magnet then ok.
There's no such thing as "particles that repel gravity" or shit like that.

Please do, you know nothing about physics.
holy sweet lord, do you have the slightest clue as to what the LHD is looking for? cause they pretty much found it. I'm talking Anti-Hydrogen, all the Bosons they found a few quarks and at least 1 of those particles has an oppositely charged particle (a mirror particle if you will), these particles can actually have a repulsion force but the problem is anti-particles annihilate themselves and whatever they touch. Until of course they can find a way to contain those damn things, we're just gonna have to stick with magnets and nanotubes.
dragon that was not even relevant
neither was yours or this
