For some reason, my incompetence has lead to the videos not saving for some reason, also I did it with the wrong addon (g-svn) the interface is almost identical but I think power would be able to make a better actually-gotten-saved video on his own script.

its kinda obvious why PowerHouse isn't releasing the source code, its his, and when source code for such things are released, they are commonly taken and used without credit to the original author.
Simply put, If I were in his situation I wouldn't post the source code either, its just common sense, for example, when a scientists discovers something do they go out and tell the world "Hey Looky Here!!", no they don't, most discoveries are kept secret until they are patented, and since doing that to a program isn't all that easy, its easier to simply not release the code.
Now I don't really care how badly you think hes lying, but hes a fairly good friend of mine, and though I only know him over the interned, I'm 99.9999% sure he is not lying about the length of these programs.
So really and truly, your attempts to get the source code released were futile, because common sense says (and everyone with a common sense would agree) that he would not release the source code, so that no one steals it.
Point and case, again a little late sorry, but again just wanted to get my opinion out.

There was consideration for these packs; they were excluded from the list for this one simple reason:
They are just too big.
Most of these addons are just bits of code that only take up a few Kb,
If these packs are put to a Svn, I’m sure power would add them to the svn list; For now garrysmod has been pretty kind about not deleting them, there links are here:

I would like to know a few things about the program.
Why are you using wget?
Why are you using xcopy?

ya thats cuz Power is hosting the files, it gets them from teh power krewservers
xcopy copies the uncompressed files to the right location
and wget is used to retrieve the addons from teh servers.

Fail. In fact, I find Anti-Virus fails in general; I don't use it, yet I've never had a virus before because I use a thing called common sense.
I find Anti-Virus gives a lot of false positives, and ends up being an inconvenience. This is the case in the above scan.
This addon is clean.
Program = clean and free
Source code = unaquiarrable and protected by PowerHouse

Virus scans cannot pick up file deletion in a piece of code. As far as I'm aware they can't anyway. So if this was ever so sneakily deleting a file somewhere in the system, or placing files somewhere in the system, we'd never know without seeing the source code. Until either our system fails, or the drive becomes full. Thats one of the reasons I'd rather we got the source.

I just estimated the code below, its been forever since i actually used it, its just simple sting subtraction
steam name retrival in python (.py)

although im a bit rusty on my syntax and soem addintional seeking would be necisarty; i simple scritp could easily get your steam name from your directory. additional programs would be required to send that data to someoen and i don't know shit abbout that end of the problem. I imagine the amounts of scanners reporting it as viral is because it uses a lot of OS calls commonly found in viruses(like xcopy, for example, because using it you can copy without limits anything to anywhere).
