EDIT: The Paypal payments go to Seth Nolan-McDonough, but the DMCA was filed by Seth Kozusnik. So Mr. Kozusnik [i]could[/i] be a lawyer who happens to have the same first name, representing Mr. Nolan-McDonough.

There seems to be a lot more evidence supporting that his name is Seth Nolan-McDonough (inlcuding his parents' names, Mr. Nolan and Mrs. McDonough). Google it and look at the PasteBin results. Mr. Kozusnik may be someone filing DMCAs on his behalf, or an alias.
