Your IP address is only included in the e-mail header if you send it from your computer (as in, through a program like Outlook or Thunderbird). E-mail messages sent through web clients (including GMail) only include the IP address of Google's servers.

Right, of course. Just saying, now that I think about, with any homemade script enforcer bypass, releasing the lua code to the public might possibly in turn be a bad thing? Yes, it's not advised that you do this, but not everyone's going to take that advice, obviously.
The percentage of people that have a SE bypass is insignificant imho.

When someone (a company) sue him then he has lost. That's something clear. There are the GMod's term of use, the Valve's steam EULA and of course the DDoSings (that can you bring in jail) when their origin is proven to him.
And aren't DMCA takedown requests invalid in law when they come via a standard (there are special ones that allows sending valid law stuff) e-mail? In my country (Germany) you have to get lawfully letters via the (classic) post. The heavy stuff like lawsuits or lawsuit threats has to be hand signed and stamped by the lawyer and/or the prosecutor.
