You know that there are other way's to destroy seth hack. Ways you don't even need to post the source code in mirrors and everywhere and can generally be a lot more harming.

Sure we may be doing harm but with the code roaming the internet and the potential patch to prevent and block sethhack coming around we only have a few months to experiment. I don't think we've encouraged people to go out and use this on servers, that's stupid. We're advising people to inspect, review and use for educational purposes. I don't advise anyone to go out and use it

But I don't see what his age has to do with anything. It certainly doesn't make him innocent, even if he is 14. As people pointed out, he has destroyed entire communities, and the DDoS'ing doesn't make it better.
