Well it can. There is a lot more than just the features i posted in this thread. If you do something criminal and get wanted, police will spawn, trying to arrest you!
The bank actually stores props, (they get teleported into the bank vault), and if you remove the props from the bank vault, the bank account will seem empty. (The props wont be saved so they will be removed if you join later)

You can not use physgun or spawn props near npcs and important areas, to prevent propblocking.
The cars can explode, and you will need a mechanic to fix it.

Instead of money printer, there is a money plant (made by me), and you need to water it, or it will die. (With the money printer, you could be rich by going afk, which was unfair)

Minigames = Picking up trash and putting into a trashcan, grabbing trash before it touches the ground, and more. This simply enables you to get money without a bunch of moneyprinters or killing spree. (And you can earn money without anyones help as well!)
