4. Edit the ip to either localhost if you're running the database from your computer or the ip given to you by your host if you're not.

5. Edit the user so it's your username that you use for mySQL (default is root).

6. Edit the pass so it's your password that you use for mySQL (default is no password, so leave the quotations blank if you have no password).

7. Edit the dbname so it's your Orange Cosmos database that you use for mySQL (default is oc).

8. Leave the port alone unless you use a different port for mySQL.

9. Save the file

I use the OCRP gamemode and a install all modules and the Ocass, i set up the database configs and uploaded the MYSQL dumb and i still geting the error: MySQL Connection Error - Unable to Contact remote Database

I setup everything, but just doesn't work! Help, please!

That means you cant host the gamemode because even mysql isnt that dumb to let you host this.

The MySQL connection was handled by OC-ASS not the gamemode, it originaly was planned to be done by the gamemode it might have even been done by the gamemode for awhile but not anymore.

Look in the OS-ASS files I'm pretty sure its in one of them at the top.
