Anyway back to the topic.
I also came up with another Idea. Use the radio from engine mod but then change the music from the default and add in all the lines from Three Dog and President John along with all the music. Just make two different radios that play different music when you use them.
Although this is DarkRP, it seems very promising. I may check this out when it's done.
Also, It would be better if you had to explore and find caps and items, kinda like in Fallout, instead of it just giving you 45 caps every hour. I tried this other fallout RP and it had water (dirty and clean) spawned randomly in predefined locations. I'm not sure how this works, but maybe you could implement something similar. It would add to the realism, and give you something to do.

Hate when people say Fallout 3, rather than Fallout. All took place in the same unisverse, stop acting like Fo1+Fo2 never existed.

What I meant was take the whole thing like the entire radio broadcast int he beginning of the game before he starts talking about the Lone Wanderer then put that as one music file. It sure is long but it's still one music file. Same with President John's speech and patriotic music. It's only two files and only one of them is big. The president only talks about 3 things really then there's two or 3 songs (Before they find the water purifier.)
If this is possible then do it.
We are thinking about doing something with the radios, we will keep you posted :)

The pack in the end is going to include gamemode, sweps, models, a map, im sure a few music files wont hurt too much

Was that Hostell roleplay by any chance? When it was in it's early stages of development? Because I miss that too *sniff*. I was the bloke who put that server up btw, then I dropped ownership and the other owner decided appparently more people prefer HL2RP. We're planning to bring a postapoc server back up one day... one day man...

Yes it was. That was on my favorites until it switched to HL2RP :( . But it was fun while it lasted. Had some pretty good atomic RP. I met this one guy who is really good at RP an we had a blast roleplaying as two combine soldiers who were cut off from there squad. Sadly the guy left before I could get his Steam Name to add him as a friend. Then the next day I was on he was showing everyone around C18. Then the day after it was officially HL2RP.

The server changed to HL2RP after I left, so I guess you have my apologies. Had I stayed, I would have kept the post-apoc RP going. I'm actually MAYBE going to be working on a post-apoc script with a mate, but that's a long-term, in the future kind of thing. Glad to know that you enjoyed it though, way back in it's early days. You should come check the server out these days, it's not too shabby for a few month old community. I won't advertise here but if you want the IP and/or forums etc. there's a thread up in the roleplaying section.

Now as for this Fallout 3 RP idea, I kind of have a love/hate relationship with it. It's incredibly hard to successfully make a Fallout 3 RP, but a post-apocalyptic roleplay gamemode wouldn't be that hard. But by calling it "Fallout 3 RP", you're potentially boxing yourself in. There's then limitations on what you can and can't do if you want to stick to the canon of the game. But like I said, I love the idea. Post apocalyptic roleplaying is the SHIT!
This will be the most awesome thing sience butter.
