A wire teleport system that will allow you to put up to 10 teleport locations activated by one numberpad input each, so that teleport would be a lot easer. Also I think an energon cube that could be used as an energy source for the life support mod would be cool. Oh and the HPD!
I would like to have dismemberment-like mod that would work on spawned ragdolls (not just NPCs).

That's possible. It's even possible to make a simple plane with landing gear that doesn't move using wire in about 10 minutes. Though I can't do it myself.

A "Test" you could set up to run when someone tries to join a server, like with Taco N Banana. Set the time limit to 3 minutes, and fill it with 10th grade problems, to keep all those damn minges out,and maybe some good RP servers would start to reemerge from the minge infested wasteland. :sigh: A man can dream, a man can dream.
A decent SNPC that actively stalks you around the map. It would hide in dark or high-up places and take potshots at you using a silenced pistol with a small amount of muzzleflash. It would be marvelous to spawn a few in a cramped map full of corridors and watch the players freak out as they get assassinated.
