There's never a reason to flame someome.
I think we should bring back the smartness rating, if you get a certain amount of negative smartness points, lets say -250, you would be banned for 10 hours, when you reach -500, it's 1 whole day, when you reach -1000, which you shouldn't, it will be a 2 day ban and for every other -1000 you gain that 2 day ban doubles into a 4 day ban, 8 days, 16days on and on, this would finally get rid of all the god damned 10 year old kids who can't learn to fucking look over their comment and notice that they misspelled somthing, because instead they post shit on Gmod discussion like OMG I GOT BANZORED FREM TEH SERVOR, WAHT I DO!!!ONEONE, it's so fucking annoying.
I also agree to these newer, better, and more enforced rules.
But, do not bring the smartness rating back, which I myself think wont happen, into the OIFY, because fucking no one speaks correctly in that hell hole, it's almost always lol you son of a bitch gtfo, or some shit like that, because when all those retards get banned, where are they gonna flock to with all of their alts? I agree. This section is a mess. I do my part and report everything that needs to be reported.. I love being a GMod.com Admin, but it's really irritating reading almost every thread that comes through this section, noticing a million problems and not being able to resolve them. More to the point, when something gets done in here, it takes a long time. No offense to psp401.com or UberMensch- they're both awesome mods. They do a great job, but this section- with the amount of activity it gets etc., definitely needs at least another mod or two.
I'll be a backup mod, I.E. if a moderator is going to be gone for a few days, I'll take his place as moderator temporary, and probably with less moderator rights, until he/she gets back, although I doubt this will happen, as I am an Oh Niner as they say, and I notice that people seem to think we have a bad rap, which most do, but I don't, unlike most OH Niners i actually try and fucking learn about how this forum works before making an account and spamming questions in the wrong forum, even though there a damned sticky at the top of the page.

There's no point to a temporary mod. Plus Hezzy would have to demote/promote you over and over and that's not going to happen. This section needs a mod that is consistent and visits the section every day, is a good poster and most importantly knows the rules well (and follows them!).
Thats why I said that I was doubtful to it happening, and since the day i made my account, I have been here everyday. I also have followed all the rules i have read about, and try hard to use proper grammer.

I have admin on only one site, I don't remember the name but it was the worst place I have ever been to, worse than /b/, if thats possible. So one day i got so sick and tired of the retards posting on that forum, that i just banned every single one of the fuckers.
Must have been a fun way to leave, Facepunch has had that a couple of times, but that was just mods going insane or getting hijacked.

Yes, it has happened here once or twice, but Garry can unban himself, so theres no need for alarm, but the at the place I banned everyone on, the head mod or whatever was unable to ban himself.

The gamemode is not really the flaw now. It's the admins and players that play it that drags the quality down to below 0.
