Its not a shitty mock up of GMT learn to read. We are using the concept of a Hotel. Not a tower and we arent doing the game mode shit. The map isn't anything alike GMT.

Correction: The tower is not a hotel.
There are games. There will be a River which you race airboats on and a offroad track which you race jeeps on. We are also having a PVP mode. NOT LIKE GMT. We dont have powerups and There is no constant rush. Its like a mini De_dust in CS:S.

I've been on a team where a "Leader" with non sufficient skills ran everything.
It involved, bitching, complaints, bad ideas, bad leadership, etc.
He quit cause he couldn't get his way and we took over the project to make it ten times as good.
Now we are working on it and it is so much greater.
Basically, being the "Leader" doesn't mean shit, especially if you suck, your ideas aren't worth shit.

Time really does not have to do with how good a script will be. It all depends on the person who makes the script.
I seen people who can do quite a of of things in a small amount of time. In truth it all boils down to dedication and the passion of making things.
So arguments about 2 years/8 months of development time really contain very little value.

Face it, being the 'ideas guy' doesn't get you anywhere. Neither does copying other people's work. From your post, I automatically considered this project as failed, mainly due to the fact that before even starting work, the only coder confirmed to have been on your team, has jumped ship.
Also, with the lack of quality in your post, you need to ask... Will this lack of inspiration be reflected in the project, should you have anyone left in the team by the end of the week.
