You need to know ball race isn't the same type of race track as I refer to. I am referring to using jeeps not players inside of balls.

Sounds like the gamemode I'm working on called gSpace (pronounced Gay-Space).
You get your own space once you login, you get to choose colors of the walls and windows on your space. You get a couple of starter furniture. You will get to move the furniture in a Habbo Hotel kind of way. So there will be no floating furniture. There will be public spaces where you can socialize or play minigames to get more cash to maybe buy furniture or clothing.
The whole thing has a debugwhite theme with solid colors. That means there are no textures.
gSpace is pretty much second life for G Mod.
