I don't think you are setting up a project correctly.
It's supposed to go: get a team, come up with an original idea, plan out your content/code schedules, get to a decent state, test the crap out of it, then announce a release when you know you are ready.
You went: take an idea, think you know how to improve it, announce your release without a team.
