Heres an idea: A Teather. It would: 1. Pump oxygen from an oxygen tank (If connected) 2. Same with coolant. 3. prevent player from falling off ship, or allow in-space repairs.

Haven't tried it out so I don't know how it works. You would need a jetpack to move around, though :(.
What about mass resource? You will need it to build all things that needs for survive.

Yea,thanks kobol,It's exactly I wanted.But what about different resource mass,like metal,gold,and soo,And each planet will have a much of one and small of others resource masses.Each component will recuire different resources,like Fusion reactor heavy metal,because of temperature etc.
I had an idea for resources. You could make a simple script that incorporates your planet coding to create a random amount of resources on a planet based on it's environment. Less habitable planets could have better mineral resources while more habitable planets could have better, um, food (or what ever) resources. You already have the script for planets, simply add a random number generator that will generate a set amount across the planet's mass based on two numbers (a minimum and a maximum. You could also make it configurable by the server host. If this has been suggested, I apologize. Also, it would be nice if you updated the version number in the info.txt for the game mode. It still says 2.0d.

Plutonium could be mined on pluto.

I have some ideas: I think you should be burnt by the sun when in space rather than just on certan planets. This idea is more interesting: It's a training map with loads of glass domes each one haveing a different envireoment so you can practice. Also you could turn off each domes envireoment if your in trouble. Next to the domes there is a giant vacume chamber to practice ship flying.
This is really fun! We had some guy spawn a blastfungus on Mars so we had to clean it up, bit we didn't notice a blastfungi that had attacted itself to our ship, so we ended up having another invasion on Earth.
Where??? I would like to try those blast fungus :).

Hey, I am kinda double posting here but I think it will be worth it for you all eventually. I am making a new spacebuild map that's turning out pretty awesome, but I'm having a tough time with the logic_case entities. I keep dying on my starting planet that is supposed to be habitable. Here's what I put in to the ent: [code] case01 = planet case02 = 4862 case03 = 1 case04 = 1 case05 = 288 case06 = 90 (7-15 left blank) case16 = 1 [/code] So shouldn't this make a planet all hunky-dory? ALL of the information available on developing for Spacebuild conflicts each-other, kinda sucks. Oh well, hopefully someone can help! Thanks!

You can spawn one wherever you want (admin only) and it will multiply to form a colony that spreads (up to the population cap dictated by the lua). They come in a variety of strains, most of which will explode on touching them (or something equally nasty, like eating props or releasing poison gas) making them essentially a self sustaining minefield. It's fun, you should try it out.

So to clarify, is there an issue with spacebuild 3.1 and gm_solarsystem_v2? Spacebuild will not run on that map for me... Thanks!
