A level with one half water on half land, and on the land is a train track that goes into dark caves that you need your flashlight to see. (From my experience, beginners love to make trains).
Also, maybe a airport launching street pad thing to make it more realistic :D

So just mash the existing sandbox maps into one big one that covers all requirements.
A sandbox map with a theme. a real map with real surroundings, that looks realistic, yet can be built upon, and have enough space for players to do their own thing, but I want detail, for once, a sandbox map with a hint of realism would be nice.

I hate the whole "NO MAOR SANDOBX MAPS WE HEAV ENUF" thing. Just because a map of the same genre has been made before doesn't mean you can't create something new and interesting. Its like saying "NO MAOR CUONTRESTIRKE MAPS WE HAEV ENUF MAPS FOR SHIOTING PEEPLES". STFU and give useful ideas, or don't post and move on.
Anyways, I would like to see a map that actually looks nice, and is as interesting and detailed as possible without impairing people building. You could do a giant mountain with a building near the top that gives you a view of the whole map from it, and you could have a runway and helcopter pads attached to it, and maybe some forest or something underneath. Could be called gm_skybase or something. Oh and it needs cool terrain with good offroading potential and possibly jumps.

Structures
Atleast one body of water
Mountains/Rocks covering the edges of the map
Hills
one that's nice to look at, and has a few tracks, flat fields, ai nodes, cliffs and skyscrapers for testing vehicles, contraptions and NPCs

Just who the hell is "WE"? Did you mean to put "I"? Honestly, I don't care what you want or don't want. Just don't download the map when/if it is completed.
Anyway, I have one word on the mapping idea: BUNKERS. Nobody has made a really good bunker map yet. The only bunker map that worked for me was gm_bunker, that one that was just snow and one bunker in the middle of the map. THAT was a real bunker. If you do make a bunker with windows, make sure that they are actual windows, not just openings. I don't need the elements in my base. Good luck!
i wouldnt mind seeing a night version of construct with a volcano where the water is supposed to be and lava too.
A very large map, but smaller than gm_worldwide, with everything needed for building anything. Rail lines for use with PHX, a launch pad for rockets, a realistic water lake for boats, and some roads/taxiways for cars and planes.
