Yet another retard that took my hard porting work and shat all over it. This is why I don't do nice things for the community anymore. I have a modularized vehicle addon with different vehicle sets in different modules (so you don't have to get what you don't want), but I don't plan on ever releasing it due to retards like the OP. OP, you didn't make any part of this and don't give yourself credit for knowing how to copy/paste folders on top of each other and shat out a broken ZIP file to put on gmod.org.

I never did this kind of thing because i respected peoples work to much..... Just be a gmod player and don't do this kind of thing, it irritates people. Ok, rant over.... EDIT: Funny thing is, he has over 36000 downloads...its disgusting...

I'm sure developers would like people downloading from their own personal links than a pack. I doubt anyone actually looks at the credits other than the person who uploaded the pack. Oh and do learn how to use periods and commas.

That. You really should have asked the original authors before you copied their work into one ZIP file. The credits aren't even readable, and you got some of them wrong.

Hey everyone who is saying that packs make it easier for "non experts" to find cars: 1: It turns away developers like gigabite from making new cars which would be much better than their old creations. 2: Attention all "non-experts" there is a little tool on garrysmod.org. It is called the search box. With this handy little tool you can find files related to your query (search term(s)). If you can't find it on garrysmod.org try searching facepunch.com. Yes, there is a search tool on this website. It is also very easy to use if you actually read what it says. You can have a very broad search that covers all threads and you can also search by author. 3: Stop supporting the dumb. This is killing garrysmod.

All you're doing is copying files on top of files without regard to file structure or whether there are duplicate files with different definitions in both of them that need to be properly merged, resulting in some vehicles having broken sound, bad tires or other such problems that they otherwise wouldn't have. Then there's the issue of you plastering our names all over it (BTW, I didn't get a single mention here, despite porting most every vehicle from GMod9 to Ep1 Gmod 10, and AGAIN from Ep1 to Ep2 Gmod 10) Anyway, people that download your rubbish "pack" then somehow get the idea that we had something to do with the shit and come bitch and moan at us for it not working. I'm not trying to accuse the OP of anything, I'm disagreeing with his method of re-uploading other authors' work. Seriously, put yourself in the author's shoes. I bet in a long while from now, you might make something really extraordinary, such as a map. That work takes months, maybe even years, to create. After all that hard expenses, you upload your map to garrysmod.org. You obviously want people to download off of your profile/link, right or wrong? If you were to wake up the next day and found that your years/months or hard work has been re-uploaded, I'm 99% sure you'd blow your own head.

That's like uploading a feature film to Veoh and expecting the MPAA not to come after you because you added credit in the video info. I created and/or heavily modified most every vehicle script related to GMOW, VMOD, CMOD, ToyCars and a handful of custom vehicles. I didn't authorize you or anyone else to copy or redistribute them, and adding my name to the credits isn't going to change that. If he wants to make a vehicle pack, that's fine, but he needs to make every single vehicle script from scratch without looking at any of mine to reverse engineer.

You don't even have over 9000 (sorry, but that IS true) downloads. You have like, 8900. Lots of people, as usual, spam the download buttons to make it look like it's over 40,000. Sheesh. Get real. You have about 9000, real downloads.

Ok people this is a FREE (Note the word FREE) Download service. Evrything on it is FREE. If he gives credit its alright because its FREE. He is just making it easier for people to get more cars rather than downloading like 10 car packs

I don't trust packs. I'd rather download all of the cars separately. This way u give respect to the author. Packs get alot of downloads because its fast, and u can get it in one time. If some author's mod gets put in a pack which gets a lot of downloads because of the author's mod and an other populair authors mod. Some ungratefull uploader gets all the downloads/views. Because its in a damn pack. Just like in real. ( Just an example) You want to start a business. But you can't do it alone. Yours friends help you with it. And at the grand opening of it. U take all the honor. You didn't give them credit because they helped you. How would they then feel. You hurt people. And if the authors don't want the files to be re-uploaded. they knew conflicts like this would be made. But people like you, don't bother such stuff Add: By the way, Re-uploading uploaded stuff is bullshit. Avoid making packs by uploading a text file with links to working car mods. This way authors get their deserved downloads. And there will be peace. Think about it. (The peace bit sounded ironic doesn't it? ^,^)
