Before you think of adding new guns, you should focus on getting all the zombie types in there.
Stop discussing the permission crap and the previous arguement. It's done with for fuck sake, No go tell me how I'm kissing ass on ZM forums now some more I love it.
Look at this thread. You've spent three solid pages talking about copyrights. Zombie Survival uses ZM maps and plenty of its content, yet you don't cry at JetBoom about it. Try discussing the gamemode itself until the permissions get sorted out. To be perfectly honest, I don't see why you feel so strongly about it. If they do something wrong in the end, they will face the consequences in some way or another. The only possible rational I can see here is to simply trash a thread. I'm not going to continue arguing you after this point. This is my final warning. Like I said, I am fine with copyright discussion, but keep it civil and not so implicating.

So some stuff might not be the same as the original. Perhaps after we get the game base down, we can reward people for making maps for us? Also this reminds me, we need interesting facts of people to show at round end. for example: "Zombie killer: Naelstrom killed 375 zombies this round." "Death denier: Chewgum took 94 damage and survived the round!"

Should a funmap like Supermario really be included with the mod? I understand that some people like them, and they're optional to play, but if you include it with the mod, won't people think you're intending it to be played like that?
no its just a bit of a joke because a bunch of the maps we were trying the other day were missing the func_win

Read the thread, very promising. Always wanted to see a ZM gamemode. Also, the argument on the first page is pretty hilarious. (Namely Katherine's stupid nitpicking, mostly about maps. A mapper is GLAD if someone uses their map, not mad that they didn't ask for his/her permission.)

When you guys are making weapons remember one thing; the weapons should be made with a realistic mindset, for example survivors aren't just going to stumble across a huge RPG/chain gun/whatever else on their journey to escape. And on an unrelated note, the flare gun seems to be completely useless when compared to the molotov
The gamemode is playable, we just need to add some eye candy. And fix some small bugs :v:
You should make a fun server (mario / tetris maps) and a serious server (redqueen / survival maps).
