Oh, well he had no whitelist for the upload script, his entire site was vuln to sql injections and he was allowing anonymous ftp accounts to upload files.
You don't have to worry about the site anymore, he won't be fixing it this time.

I’ve had some free time lately and I’ve decided to develop a new Garry’s Mod file sharing site. I’ve decided that it was a good time to release my site at a beta stage so people can test it and give me feedback on what they like and what needs tweaked!
The idea is to have something that’s easy to use with fast uploads and downloads. I think that’s what I’ve accomplished here! I’ve compared uploads and downloads to garrysmod.org and I’ve noted a substantial increase in speed. :)
Mind you, this is still in a beta stage and is *almost* done. Keep that in mind, as there may be a few bugs that you encounter during your ‘journey’ of downloading from the site since I wrote the entire site by hand to ensure top performance. :P

Oh, he says he won't be getting it back? Bullshit, he changed his cpanel username and ftp stuff. He actually had fixed the php uploading issue, all sql injections failed, but he had no clue he allowed anonyomous ftp accounts to upload files...
