Public servers. They ALWAYS have whiny bitches and retards. People who do nothing but build actually are usually great RPers who later use all of that shit they built to make a full-scale model of Megaton or that flying sky-fortress thing in Sky Captain. If I ever get around to hosting a server, it will definitely be invite-only.
I don't have any real issuses with RP now, but I do miss pre-gmod 9 RP. Most of my favorite RP moments were back on maps like kijkduin and hometown 1996. RP was a lot less serious back then, there weren't any scripts or anything, you spawned what you needed, you measured your own money, and you could basically do what you wanted. Not to mention that this was before the minge influx so you could joke around on a server and still have a good time.

Well anyway,
I guess I can say I officially hate little twelve year old admins known as "JD"... I was playing on this server and some kid was being a prick and randomly death-matching everyone, too stop the guy I threw a prop with physgun and killed him(propkilling) all a sudden I find myself being picked up by a twelve year old admin named "JD" whining about how I propkilled and that I'm a bad person.... Eventually the kid dropped me... I was basically in "WTF" state. I went back to doing some random shit... Me and this one guy thought it be funny to play a joke version of Donkey Kong.... I was randomly throwing metal barrels at people screaming "UHAHAHAHA" The admin grabbed me again ,and kicked me with the reason "Donkey Kong doesn't exist" I came back on, I get banned for spamming, after only one second of entry to the damn server...
A cop with a battering ram near my door. Nuff' said.

Try an admin using a hacked knife that can instant kill you through walls and at distances and said admin randomly killing everyone on the server at his liking, even teleporting to other players to kill them a second later and abusing noclip and cloaking to kill even more. Note, this is a crappy DarkRP edit server, "extreme roleplay," and the admin in question was a citizen class.

Or those little punkass kids who mass spam explosives and blame it on the only gun dealer who happens to be working on his store? Then, when they try to mass spam on your store, you kill em' once with a prop to get them the fuck out and they flip shit calling "PROP DMER" or "ASSGUNNER!"
Once, on this Dark RP downtown server, there was this admin using the hobo class who kept throwing bugbait at me and my phx house. He picked me up with the physgun, then dropped me. Eventually I get pissed and shoot him for ignoring me when I said stop. He respawns and explodes me, then he abuses noclip and flies above the spawn and starts throwing more bugbait. So I run off to the gun shop, and he follows me. So I kill him. So I get kicked for RDM.
I hate when people completely forget that the game mode is RP, and not "Programmed to act a certain way"
They think you have to act the same exact way , always. If I become mob boss and a cop finds out about our drug industry, I put in the agenda to build a bomb then plant it into the cop base so that we won't need to worry about them screwing with our drugs. So it all goes as planned and then all of the cops instantly go " WTF RDM UR NOT ALOD TO MAEK BOMS FOR NO REASON UR A MOB BOSS YOUR NOT SUPOSDED TO DO THAT " No one can think farther than the very basic characteristics of a job any more
I hate it when people forget they're on a DarkRP server so they go and complain they got RDMed when they should have known full well what would happen before they logged on.
