Wiremod updates are easy server side. I've got all our SVN updates automated with a script.
The E2 is the main reason for the updates lately.

You're really not going to achieve anything, Garry has a professional CDN seeding.
Seeders, it shouldn't be hard to get his IP and blacklist him. To make him actually feel like he can't accomplish his goal.
