Another snippet of advice: Don't create a Work in Progress thread unless you have something to show, otherwise, people will say "where is it then"? and "is this another DarkRP remake fail?", there will be flames and the thread will be locked.

Back on topic, I don't think you should be doing this. In my opinion you are starting from the wrong end; Make the gamemode work to some extent before starting to add finishing touches such as GUIs.
And advice: If you get bored on this, it doesn't matter. Do something new, buy a new (or maybe a old) game and play it for a while. If you get an idea like "That's awesome, I want to do that!", then try it! There's nothing you can lose, except for your mind. :D

Study up on your roleplay scripts. It's a GMOD 9 RP Idea of pay day and jobs.

But its not DarkRP idea of having paydays. People think it is because they have only played GMOD 10.
It's still a rehash of an old idea, i did play gmod9 a while but it kinda didn't thrill me at the time.

I remember on melonbrew, when they died they dropped money, I'm thinking of adding that for that they die it uses math.random and picks a number between 1 and 25.
if this is abused, it will be removed.
If this really would lead any where, I'm willing to construct the forum (with help of a forum program). But I will not make a forum from scratch.
Anyway, tell me if you need a really good administrator or website designer.
