Some servers are like that, especially new ones. As they mostly like don't have admin controls or others to run the server. I just use servers I know and have rapport on. But most servers excepted me with arms open. Servers I know that don't care if you spawn it are. Glutts and Almost There. As long as you don't use it on them.
It depends on what server, what gamemode, etc. It's a very varied bunch of people.
The laser-guided missile sounds like a very, very basic idea. Just get the target position from a ranger, subtract the missile's position, and add a vector thruster. That's three entities.

My fwd figured out what was wrong, a script is conflicting with the start up , the only way to fix it is to delete my account.
