It should be in the main menu under GMod Options. The mount options are in the window. I've never seen CS:S in a store in the US at all.
lucky you, Ive been trying to get gmod since your age. I had great ideas for gmod movies back then, but now Im 14 and all those ideas are fading away all because I dont have a gaming pc. :(

I first got Gmod 9 when I was around 10(?), I didn't know how to build properly so I just sat and watched other people. I have to say I was the most mature kid in my grade.

Wrong. Boys usually hit puberty when they're 13. It's possible to hit puberty while you're under 13, but it's extremely rare. When I was 13 I still had a high-pitched voice. I'm 14 now, my voice dropped about half a year ago.
