Also, people are suggesting achievements for props or functions that you can only gain through the use of addons, so inherently that would mean that people would be FORCED to install certain addons (that they may actually dislike) in order to achieve the... achievements.
I believe this is wrong, I think that garry should make a way so addon developers can make achievements that go WITH their addons so that people see the new achievements that come with the addons that have been installed instead of seeing a huge list of achievements with addons they have no idea how to get or never want to use through dislike.

It is RT, and it is a "Render Target" camera, which means that if you make an RT screen or an RT material (onto a prop), it will display what the camera sees.

I really think addons shouldn't be involved in achievements (such a PHX or Wire), because some people don't have them (and it took me FOREVER to get wire), and some people don't like SVN. It should just stick to the basics.
