Guys don't make achievements like, Kill someone with PHX prop. That is not part of the game it's an addon so Garry would never put that achievement. Unless he updated it so that Wire and PHX would be part of GMOD which would be awesome.

Too many of these are dependent on addons, which some people might not have or refuse to download. I think achievements shouldn't require addons or gamemodes, but should be obtainable with vanilla Garry's Mod.
