I upload for fun!
Why do i have this picture!? i have NO idea! XD"
OP, wiping GMod.Org won't prevent it from becoming filled with shit again. We need a solution that will solve the problem for good.
I propose a voting system so that submissions can be weighted by popularity and quality. This way, when a user searches something, the best come first. In order to prevent new submissions from being shadowed by existing giants, there should be a separate column that contains entries considered "new" so that new content can be judged and weighted before being apart of the mass. All this when a user searches a term.
The site isn't meant to be a collection of the best files, it's meant to be a place to upload stuff you made and want to share.
