I didn't ask for it knowing I wasn't going to use it. The guy who was going to help me out with it didn't, and simply put, it didn't work out. The reason I should get a Minecraft server instead is because I have a bunch of friends who are home hosting daily and as I said previously, would play on the server daily. I mentioned this in the PM I sent you. Thank you for your time!

Seems to be a bug with SRCDS, if you type "stats" in the srcds-console you'll get all weird CPU percentages. Highest I ever had was 130, you're a little above.

CPU is actually based on the process - not the stats command :)

Everything starts to die out around 130 actually, soon as you hit about 140 SRCDS becomes very unhappy with it's allocated resources and goes on strike.
I think the when you start going above 100% SRCDS begins to drop off "unnecessary" things, on Windows servers when you're above 100% voice chat begins to stutter where as Linux servers begin to dump off some other stuff I believe which isn't as noticeable. I think a result or side effect might be server FPS hitting rock bottom as well.

Well, I was hoping for a reply and haven't gotten one yet. It seems to me that I didn't make myself clear as to why I was wanting a Minecraft server instead, so I'll take the time to expand on that. (Because it seems like you thought I asked for a server for other reasons). Get ready for a wall of text.
You should delete my Garry's Mod server, that's what I want the most. I want you to delete it and give the slot to someone else who will be more successful with it. Why? Because the way I see it is this. I would love a Garry's Mod server, and I love the one you gave me. (Thank you!) The problem is that [b]after[/b] you gave me the server, the guy who was supposed to help me with it quit out on me. With other things that need to be attended to, I'd love to work day after day on it (I really would), but I don't have the time by myself. It'd be criminal to keep a server that I'm not going to work on (because I'm by myself) idle 24/7 when there are more capable people waiting over a week for one. So it's only logical that you give the server to someone who can use it more than I can. Maybe it'll work out in the future for Garry's Mod.
Extra note: The server is already configured, the only problem is popularizing it.
I would love a Minecraft server instead. You may be thinking, "If you don't have enough time to run a Garry's Mod server, how do you have time for a Minecraft server?" Well, the answer to that is this. Garry's Mod servers take a lot more work to get up and running, and it's another story to get it popular. I have 10 immediate friends who play Minecraft daily, and the only way we play together is when we home-host. But the host usually shuts down the server when he stops playing, which is a major bummer on everyone else's part, so a Minecraft server would not only get used, but we would have 10+ regulars from the start, as opposed to 0 in Garry's Mod.
I hope I clarified everything so you understand a bit more about my decisions as far as switching. I wouldn't have even mentioned it if I didn't know that it was the right decision.
And if you don't want to give me a Minecraft server, I understand completely.

To be honest I have no idea! If you're asking for specifications that is. I am very durr about websites and etc and my expertise relies in setting up and managing game-servers.
I'd probably just for now set up a forums and etc, but I think I'd most likely hire someone to help because there is nothing more un-appealing than a website set-up by an inexperienced person. I know 0 php also. I just need to get a forums going so management of the bans/admins/server errors needs to be handled much easier. Currently we've had a full server multiple hours of the day (36 slots jeez) yet sometimes admins aren't on which worries me since I usually can't get on! Ban/unban appeals are my top priority at the moment

Darksoul is nice enough to spend his own money on people and you have to mock him for providing good service? A service people actually like and appreciate. But yet, because you acted like a privileged little shit, you didn't end up with a server and now you have to harass and mock those who do get theirs. What is your problem?
