Can you raise some of the zip limits? Like the 50MB zip creation limit and I think there is a file size limit on uploaded zips as well.

Like I said earlier, SVN would be awesome <3 pretty much no need to ftp to update my gamemode then.
Also, you should either remove the "No Waiting, Instant Setup!" from the front page because or make it true. When I bought my server the email with my cp login info was never sent, and the same goes for 2 people I convinced to also switch to Elpis.
How did you pay? If you paid through Google they may have held the payment for a while.

All from paypal, the servers went through fine but the email with the password to the cpanel was never sent, until after a ticket was responded to.

It's true. If you bought the server recently then I've been moving stuff around (like the file servers) which caused some issues with the automation.
The CP being down and the move is an anomaly. In the months that I've been with Elpis I've never run into a problem with this. It's very hard to read some of the rude and disrespectful comments given towards this free service. He is not entitled to give you anything, this was provided to you for free. You should be greatful as the support and hardware is much better.

I've personally experienced Xenon Servers and Vilayer. I had experienced Xenon servers in its early stages and the later phases. Xenon was originally a somewhat good server host but unfortunately due to events that are beyond my knowledge they turned to shit, with poor support and overloaded machines. Vilayer is a large business operation and will treat their customers with a lot less care. Their servers are not as overloaded as Xenon but still somewhat overloaded. I remember one instance in which my server was unplayable due to other people on the node. Another note for Vilayer is their webhosting is complete shit, for three weeks my Cpanel was deemed as a trial and there was no support from Vilayer to fix it, so it was suspended. Another issue was when it mistakenly said my invoice was unpaid, I put in a ticket. A few days later and two more support tickets, nothing was done and my service along with everything I had on my webserver was terminated. The only thing they did to help me was give me my service back but with no additional credit or anything; oh yea the service I got back also had another CPanel trial license.

Usually what ever your using to ftp, you can change the upload protocol to check for file size differences and if newer.

Top level hardware, Server up times the best I have seen, Best customer support ever, my tickets are usually answered within hours and I have never seen a host as knowledgeable as Tyler, and when he doesn't know the answer, he is not too "high and mighty" to admit he has no clue.
Their website is professional and to the point, showing all their prices and plans, nothing is hidden in their billings. You get what you pay for, nothing less.
There are many good things I have said about the host, but there is one some con to the Elpis host. The con is that the control panel isn't always cooperative.
