These are modules used for various gamemodes and scripts. Unless your gamemode/script specifically calls for them, you don't have to worry about them.

Elpis doesn't fund the free servers.
I prefer not to discuss finances/etc regarding the free offer because it takes away part of the magic. Elpis is not a large business like gameservers.com, meaning that I can't compete with them in price (and thus I don't even attempt to). I personally feel that my prices are fair considering the quality of service and support, but yes they are more expensive then most of the more well known hosts.
I find Elpis' prices more than fair. Gameservers and stuff will always have lower prices, but nowhere near the quality.
Gameservers is like a McDonalds. No face, no appearance, just shitty food for low prices. Elpis is like a Buffalo Wild Wings. The prices are a bit higher, but the food is beyond comparison to shit like McDonalds. The only difference is that in this case, Buffalo Wild Wings gives you their food for free in many cases, and McDonalds calls you a faggot and pisses on your burger.
Elpis's quality is amazing, I'd rather pay $5/mo more (if that) to know the support team can actually accomplish something when I need them to.

I used GameServers.com as an example because the only other one I could think of is Xenon Servers, and everyone starts bashing them on FP if you say Xenon Servers.
But calling every other host "a faggot and pisses[ing] on your burger" because they won't give you a server for free is a little silly no? When I was with EOReality.net I was quite satisfied with the service I got, and it was a BF3 server which are resource hogs according to EA themselves. Obviously I can't rate ElpisHost on the terms of is it worth it or not, because I've never used it.

I was just trying to understand why it's not standard. And now I know, less servers per box. That's all. Who I work for has no relevance what's so ever. I'm still a client of some GSPs, and I still buy gameservers.
