Hey, Ive owned a few servers in my time for Garry's mod and Im thinking about hosting one again and I've been watching this thread and keeping up with it for a while now. If the time comes and I want to go ahead and host one whats the website url so I can go ahead and purchase one and be on my marry way. I saw it on one of the pages if I'm not mistaken I just can't remember which. Please and Thankyou.

I was planning on paying for it anyway. I know I'm not quailfied I'm not a stickler for not wanting to pay for a server I work 6 days a week so I can pay for it with no problem. I'm just very excited I might finally get a server that doesn't lag as much as my previously owned servers.
Make a few battlefield 1942 game servers.

Elpis is pretty darn good when it comes to underloading servers, I'm sure you'll have a good experience :D! My TTT fit 56 players with 66 tick and had no lag ;).

Just a question - for those of us that ORDER a server (and don't have the 500 posts for the free one) - do we get FTP access to the server? (ie. installing an unreal engine administrator mod to the Killing Floor server?) - Or is that covered by the host as well?
Really interested in this. Even with $5 extra for 32 slots... a 32 slot TF2 server (for example) at $18 or $19 a month is WAY better than GameServers' $32/mo.
Also, thanks for offering a service like this for the community! You're awesome.

Is this a setup fee PLUS my $20 a month? ($6/mo for the slot bonus, $14/mo for the service) - or is the first month $12? For example this is what I see:

The left 4 dead 2 server says that it's 16 slots for $10/month
I have only played co-op (the 4 survivors going through the campaign)
What IS the gamemode with 16 slots? Or do you sell a 16 slot co-op mode (LOL)?
At first I thought that was versus... but I thought that was 4 v 4
SourceMod and plugins. They allow you to have multiple survivors and/or special infected.
Alright. I've decided between the TF2 and L4D package... Time to make an awesome 32 slot server :P
Last questions: When the homepage says "Automatic Mod Installer"... Does this mean that it has sourcemod by default and we can just pick plugins through the web admin?
If this is a "Yes"... Then, OMG. This will cut down on my efforts so much (Setting up the admin mod and whatnot)
Lastly - are there any "VIP" plugins? (Like if someone donates to the server, give them round-end immunity, etc?) - I have enough extra right now to host for about six months... but It'd be nice to have the option for community support :)
There are actually not many mods on the TF2 mod installer, but you can make up for that by installing them manually - there are no file restrictions.
Can you do anything about DDoS's? Pissed off some MyG0t cake bakers and they've been DDoS'ing hybrid's server. Hilarious and all but ultimately annoying, any way too boost security?

Well unless we're travelling into the future I don't see an attack on his server from the graph. Now if he opens a ticket or contacts me on live chat so I could look into the issue, that'd be helpful.

On the plus side I've added in a nice view traffic option to the panel so if it does happen again just use that when the server is under attack and copy the output + paste into ticket :)

But oh man if you could have seen the nearly hour-long chat we had with the kid and his myg0t cronies.
It was priceless, I was actually laughing out loud at the dumbness of these skiddies. After it was all over he used a chat spam tool with the message "own3d" and i didnt even notice until it was done lol
