Okay so it turns out there were actually more issues with the Germany location then I thought - it should all be resolved now (hopefully) but if not please open up a ticket so I can investigate the problem.

That isn't exactly helpful in terms of helping him set the server up (moving the dedicated server files of his old server to the one you guys gave or whatever), or at least linking him to a guide on how to do so.

Yes, it's the same person. He just needs a bit of help in trying to move the files over or something from the server he used to run or something like that (he can probably say it better).
He sent in another support ticket a day or two ago, and this time he got a reply back (which is what I posted)
That response is part of the automatic SLA message. We don't close tickets until they are handled but I don't recall seeing a ticket like that (but that doesn't mean Tyler didn't handle it before I saw it). Please ask him to open another ticket and I'll give him a hand.

You can only get paid servers for those; the servers that he has for FPers right now don't have solid state drives and apparently not having a solid state drive=poor performance on Minecraft

All Minecraft nodes run on Sold State Drives, including the free Minecraft servers I gave out some time back.
Minecraft would fuck over SSD's due to how frequently it writes and reads from the disk.
I don't think you should be ungrateful if you're unsatisfied with the services .. remember this is free, you have to appreciate that. How many things are free in this day and age?

I thought this was an offer to build a community? Why did you waste darksoul's time, and potentially prevent someone who actually wanted to build a community from getting his server just because you wanted a server for a single day? Seems kind of selfish to me.
Hey, I know you're short-staffed at the moment, but I was just curious as to why I'm unable to access the FTP server, or why the control panel lists the server status as unknown. Are you guys doing any maintenance, or did I cock up something major?
