Tyler isn't giving out any more servers and the only cash I've got is going to the coder :c

I'm going to be making adjustments to the terms of service and FAQ regarding our refund policy shortly.
I've had several people request a refund because their nullified gamemode will not run on either Linux or Windows and they then proceed to waste hours of our time with OS changes / reinstalls / support requests before finally requesting a refund. We will no longer be issuing refunds from hereon out if you are trying to use a nullified gamemode of say, Clockwork, and it won't run on our servers.

What if you had like, a list of all the common gamemodes that have compatability issues with Linux or Windows. That way, when ordering a server, they know what OS they should be running so they don't need to troubleshoot or swap nodes.
Just a thought, I don't know if it would work or not... :smile:

It's not even the gamemode - it's the closed source cloudauth module that they still have not made Linux compatible.

After using elpishost for our server for a while now, I gotta say it's fantastic and I don't know what the hell people who said bad shit about it are talking about. It manages to handle all the crazy shit our MvM setup throws at it (10 players at once, all the bots, all the rocket spam, dozens of custom sounds etc.) and still manage to get a relatively good ping. Hell, I think I'm getting a better ping than when my friend hosted the server himself. Definitely worth it both free/payed for. That fastDL size is so great too <3
I had a small server for about a week. It was great. Kudos.
