Because the Germany location has limited IP's and it only has a few nodes compared to the US nodes.

I'm considering increasing Germany to 1000 posts to be honest. :)

I've managed to resolve most of the issues everyone was complaining about in the thread - to the best of my knowledge, other then a small issue with the FTP servers a few days ago the control panel has been pretty much rocksolid for two weeks now and the Germany location has had no further issues. If you do manage to find something though please toss me a PM so I can investigate it. Enjoy your server!

There are 2 instances of my server running lol

There's one on 64.31.14.93:27031 (the right one) and another one on port 27032. I tried running rcon exit on the second one but it just got restarted... So I just put a password on it for the time being, and now I'm going to sleep. good night

I've added two more command lines which should hopefully give you access to what you need. If you have a feature request, please open up a ticket explaining in detail what you want changed.
