I can see where the rule is coming from, but why even allow uploading dupes if you're just going to ban everyone who does it?

In Minecraft I found a good friendly server (cause for minecraft these are really really hard to find), meet everyone, and proceeded to build my house and what not.
The only rule of the server was no cursing(lol the children and their parents), i figured i could deal for it was a pretty nice server. The admin told everyone to make sure i didnt curse, came back after 10 minutes, someone told him i sent him a message spamming Fuck to him, i was banned. Annoyed because i got framed, i borrowed a friends account rejoined, explained how i was being framed, and then i got banned again for lying.

I got banned for 1 hour when it said in the rules no saying bad words, well this player put their rp name as fucktard, and i got banned for calling his name out in ooc telling him to stop prop pushing... This was on the BSU RP server they do have stupid and abusive admins on their server i recommend you don't join their server.

Spawned the Japanese Flag, pick it up, use server add-on that allows TNT to be attached to players by admins, have admin help me, yell "Banzai!" and rush into a group of people and blow up.

That doesn't get me banned.

I respawn, spawn a single prop, get banned.
Reason: Stop spawnin shit you makeing the server lag
Ironic thing is, there was a guy that built a house out of hundreds of props, and he became admin for his "remarkable achievement in Garry's Mod architecture".

I will stay with posing in Single Player for the time being, thank you very much.

I got banned on an rp server for reporting someone for abusing admin. Then I got banned because for some reason its a crime on that server to report admin abuse lol pathetic.

(The admin was flying around in noclip on a serious rp server shooting people)

In any case, I was banned on an RP server because I got fed up with two guys who were repeatedly killing and arresting me on spawn after I killed both of them as a criminal gun smuggler. As a joke, I spawned myself a few boxes to annoy them. Removed them afterwards, and then an admin came on. They told a story about how they were RPing all peaceful then I spawned a truck on them and how I was spamming thousands of props to make the server almost crash.

Banned for the following reason: "being a bitch and failing at trolling"

That's typical French. Seriously. A lot of French just think EVERYONE should speak French, and that EVERYONE speaks it, and everyone who doesn't is communist/stinky. They always refuse to speak English.

I got banned from a server once, for saying "Hi". In text chat. I said "Hi", and I got Permabanned instantly.

Or this one time when I joined a server, but it had a ton of addons, so I got out of my chair to grab a snack and maybe a drink or two. When I came back, I had apparently already joined the server, and some kid (Apparently the admin) kept saying "HELLO?!" to me over mic. I sat down in my chair, but before I could do anything, I was permabanned for the reason "U DIDENT SAY HI TO ME!!!".
