Ok, so I joined this server and played for a couple hours...and there was this minge who kept on screwing up our stuff. So, naturally, we all called (apparently [I]her[/I] ) a dick, and openly asked through the chat logs that she be banned. Well, as it turned out, this jackass was also the admin. So basically, anyone who spoke out against her mingeing would be immediately banned.
I was the only one who actually suggested that everyone LEAVE THE GODDAMN SERVER, but i was kicked soon afterword. Leaving the story of the admin minge untold.

People love free speech in theory, but never in practice.
Yesterday I banned some ass for arresting me after I joined the server. His friend defended him, saying he wasn't a cop in the first place (he was SWAT). I countered with that I was there and saw it happen. I was standing still at spawn because I could simply predict that he'd arrest me. And he did.
While I was discussing the ban with this guy, another admin said "Don't argue with admins" and "Admins are always right". I didn't reply to that, but it got me thinking about it.
"Free speech is everyone's right, but if you criticize me you should shut the fuck up." This is a huge contradiction. People don't [i]really[/i] like the freedom of speech, not when it's used against them.
Beware of that. People, especially admins, don't like criticism. Since they're admin, they feel that their authority means that they do not have to explain their decisions to other players on the server. They will only accept criticism from superior admins or the owner of the server.
In my specific case, I ignored the other admin and continued my discussion with the banned one's friend until he was convinced. The guy who disagreed with the ban never got punished.

Australia's server quality and their admins and moderators respectively over the last 5 years have transformed form regular people, to childish script kiddies. the other day i tried my hardest to roleplay a medic. i was walking around healing people, i had a store ect. and admins would noclip around and kill people for fun, destroy others contraptions/stores.
Well, first time posting here, it goes like this:
I was playing DarkRP and obviously as we all know the player base is pretty much.. eh.. children. Basically the Owner whom happened to be not older than 13 imo, was a mob boss and he was helping out the other gangsters by teleporting them inside the cp station in rp_downtown_v2. He kept on grabbing people and pretty much doing whatever he wanted so I tracked him down and he happened to live in the second floor of the apartment building, I noticed that he then teleported his gangster buddies inside and I heard weapon drop sounds. At this point I was pretty pissed because of his behavior so I rain a client side script to track down all items and inside that apartment were around 12 shotguns, which were used before to rdm my buddy and I. The owner had not owned the door that leads to the little hall in the stair section, so I owned that door and at this point they had no access to their apartment ( only through noclip ) I was already annoyed enough for the continuous rdm'ing so then my buddy and I set up like a very small house in that little hall. He noticed so he was all like "Aw shit I did not own this door" so he then removed my ownership from that door and made it his, I was already mad so I went over to manycam loaded up my "Smoke Weed Everyday" and my buddy and I kept on mic spamming on that little hall ( The kid even made a "DJ" job, aka come mic spam my server ) One of them "gangstas" headed over to that apartment and opened it and I managed to sneak in, I grabbed up a shotgun and killed the guy whom had killed me around 3 times for absolutely no reason ( We were still mic spamming Smoke Weed Everyday ) we were then banned for being "Dicks" The end.
This is fantastic, but on a gmod forum rather than a server.

EDIT: To make a bit more sense of things, the day before they had taken me on as a moderator. Also, at this point, the gamemode was nothing more than a stripped down version of Openaura. Not even the chatbox worked.

... And that's another community added to my blacklist. Honestly it seems to be larger the actual server listings these days.
I spent about 10 mins making a wire autoturret that can also ignite and shoot on command. It only aimed at NPCs. I ignited 1 player who was trying to smash it with props and without warning admin bans me for 24 hours for igniter minging. No warning, no consultation, nothing.

It is dumb that you got banned for stating your own opinion about something. But how did this come up? If the server name was "If you love ponies join this server", don't join it if your just going to criticize them for something they like. And for fuck sake you joined a roleplay server it almost looks like you where looking for a reason to get banned to post it on this page.

for 12 more hours, i thought i'd go on the same server network's RP server. If the sandbox server was good, the RP server is good right?
No. Rampant with prop pushers and kiddies, some kid admin pushes me and then when i shoot him i get banned with reason "RDM POSSESSION OF ILLEGAL WEAPONS"

Someone told me & my friends that a man in Apartment 4a (RP terms) was hiding a crap ton of Drug Labs, I drove there as quick as I could, Destroyed the drug labs and then found out it was the Head Admin....

I got into a gangfight with a group called TGP who declared an entire area as their turf, the owner[oyou there] happened to be one of them and got upset that I decided to try and kill him while he was discussing something with someone who threatened to kill me.
He proceeded to jail me and tried saying, 'you know who i am?!' and I replied 'ULX Whois says your the owners. An incredibly shit one at that"
He raged and got into an argument with me constantly stating, 'im the owner' with me constantly saying 'dont give two shits, explain why i'm getting banned' which he replied, 'YOU CAN'T FORM A GANG AS CITIZEN' and I asked, 'why not?' and it just ended with him acting like a hardass saying, 'im the owner' every ten seconds.

"NAH MAN I NO NEED NO CHILLZONE FAGGIES IN HERE".

Okay, so I join a random sandbox server, the only other player is an admin. He noclips to me right when I join and asks in text chat "Do you like ponies?"
Me, not knowing whether he was a brony or a brony hater, I respond "That's a possibility".

Wow, I mean, sure, I am a brony, but that is no reason to ban someone. Eesh, kids these days...
I only find it reasonable to ban a brony if their forcing others to be one
