Since my server's sounds for ACF no longer work even with scripts installed correctly, I've taken advantage of using custom sounds. I used the 3.7l I4 for it so it gives it a good amount of weight, but it sounds like an Audi I5 Turbo for now. :v: Biggest thing right now is colouring, I have NO IDEA what to colour it. I was thinking Silver and British racing green but I want your all's thoughts on the colour. Also if you have any suggestions for the bodywork too, they will be greatly appreciated and considered. Thanks go to Bayden82 for the steering "fix", without it this car would not handle the way it did, and MrWhite for the idea for the suspension, works great and is highly modular which is essential for a rally car.

And thank god holopad has a mirror function, Would have been really handy with those miata guages xD

Think John Deere Gator/side-by-side ATV. But I fail at building so most of it isn't even worth screenshotting, and none of it drives worth a damn so I usually don't even get to the "Make it look shiny" part in the first place.

And yes, the inspiration for the car did come from your rally car. If you look back in the previous posted you'll see I said so when I first started the car. :v: I went my own way with it though. ACF update released. Made all engines just use normal sounds instead of scripting because owners are too dumb and some server hosters fuck up the scripts. Added a smoke launcher, and sestze added ammo delinking after the weapon is 512 units away, as well as ammo blacklisting (no use of heat in mgs and acs and such) (woot)
Hate to see the engine sound scripting go since it did add a bit more depth to things, but I guess it's for the best. Plus we won't have to replace the folders in Scripts every update :v:
Sounds like it would be a pain to do, but I'm going to resize my rally car I posted earlier. It's too large when compared next to Karbine's Super6 and MrWhite's Raptor, the shape will remain the same, however the wheel base will be shortened, and properly sized to as close to real life specs as I can get to a car like that.
Earlier when we had them side by side, your car looked about the same size as my Raptor, or was I looking at it wrong? And honestly, mine should probably be a bit bigger for what it is, so i wouldn't feel safe using it as a proper size comparison. Whatever you do, I'm sure you'll make it look great.

Quick question. Anyone know how to align a prop to a plane using Precision Alignment? Essentially get angles of plane. Only 2 show in R menu.

I will, however, add more to the car and clean up some areas that are questionable to the shape. I've been grown so attached to it now that I don't want to drastically change anything to the point where it is a totally new car. It feels the right size to me so I'll just keep it where it is. On a side note that gearshift holo you made was sexy, even if you said it was old. [I]Quite[/I] sexy I might add.

Removing the scripting won't change how they sound really (in fact i can make them sound better if i use stereo sounds), they just don't have a distance sound anymore. I don't think it will matter since most people spawn their shit away from you, so you don't hear it anyways.
