Could someone explain how ACF turbines are working, on paper powers are 134/248/700, my test while rewing up shows 117/187/528, and if grabbed with phys gun power at certain moment jumps to 127/197/537 [editline]15th October 2012[/editline] And med turbines sound seems bugged

That would account for the boost of power, since ACF power is based on total weight.. I would imagine, i could be wrong. Good find, though.
Similar stuff with electric engines (battery blocks) med one on paper 208, while rewing up 218 if grabbed 237 [sp]More missing textures.[/sp]

The lossy compression makes it better.
Behold, the secrets buried within the middle-left headlight of a 282 prop bike
Moab?
I think he meant Moba, or Moab = a city in Utahhhhh anyway, I rebuilt the whole dash because the old one with just 1 plate gave me cancer, also gauges are done :> [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/ui2zs.jpg[/img_thumb]

It's beautiful :'D What engine are you running with =D
What engine are you running with =D
7l v12
7l v12
heh, starting to wonder why ACF even comes with other engines lol
heh, starting to wonder why ACF even comes with other engines lol
Tanks...
Which end up using 21L V12s.
Which end up using 21L V12s.
Not really, most of my tanks which range from 10t - 50t use lots of different engines, if I had to say any of the engines get used more than the others in tanks it would be the 9.2l v12 diesel.
That 9.2L V12 diesel is fucking boss. I've used it pretty frequently on a lot of larger cars. The few times I have built something truly big, one 203mm mobile howizer and a bulldozer built on that chassis afterwards, used two 23L radials daisy-chained to one gearbox as if they were a single double-row engine. The mobile howitzer kept this configuration, but I swapped those out for the big 21L V12 diesel in the dozer to increase pushing power, help it turn better, and give it better reliability.
Any way to get around wheels sinking into the ground at high speeds.
Yes, use MakeSpherical.
I know it's just for fun and all but I don't get the appeal of putting a silly big engine in a car. Nearly every time I see an ACF car, it involves using a V12 or V8, usually with a displacement above 7 litres. I'm not trying to bash anyone but the Volvo P1800 originally had a straight four with a dis. of 1.8 or 2 liters. Putting a huuuggeee V12 in it takes down the respect I had for the car, imo. I'm not saying that it has to be the same as the original car's engine, but LITERALLY every time I see an ACF car, it has a 37363 liter V12 or 131320 liter V8 that all it does to the car is making wheelspin. /rant.
ACF tanks: 20t? 9.2l V12 40t? 23l V12 I'm probably lying here a little bit, turbines and other engines are making appearances. And yes jack, I totally agree with you. When I build cars I always work with the small engines.

I always stick to 4 liters and below.

Now with the V6's and Boxers, we can have so much more variety, even if they aren't quite the right displacements or power/torque. Me, personally, I enjoy the V6's because they are quite torquey, even if they aren't as powerful as V8's. Still good for offroad applications... (inb4 acf haters)
