Probably somewhere between 24 and 48 hours after the judging for this contest is complete. That means having judges, play testing, getting their reviews, and then posting them.

Also, only 2 gamemodes seem to have uploaded in time. I'm willing to accept gamemodes up till when we begin testing, which is undetermined. It will probably be some time in the next 4 to 8 hours. It really depends when all the judges are online.
