They won't because in the steam subscriber agreement, it mentions something like
"You are responsible for all that happens on your account" So if he gets vac banned then it's his responsibility.
You won't be vac banned if you instantly send a ticket giving them your account name and your info like recovery answer.
If you wait till they have a chance to cheat, then you're fucked in a month.
