Hey guys , Im following Sunrise / Devinity since a few days , never were able to play Sunrise but only the videos made me addicted .

Not yet, we had a few small play tests a few days ago to hunt down some bugs.

And another question : How will the territory claiming work? like , showing an admin a map , marking a territory , saying your clan wou´d like to have it or something?
And whats with the territory war? like what happens or could happen when faction A wants a part of Faction B´s territory?

I optimized the HUD greatly.
Remember we also made Sunrise: A New Era.. which is what Sunrise Outer Edge is but with a few edits.. You should know this since you ran Sunrise Outer Edge for a while.

so when will you start testing and when can we expect a media update?
Funny thing is we had some people on to test about the same time your post was made.
We don't post tests on Facepunch, usually just over steam.. any major tests will post on the site.
Unless we find a major bug / exploit we will open the server tomorrow for open ALPHA.
Alpha means we are still implementing things, some things might not work and some things might have large bugs.
So we are opening the server to speed up bug finding.

Content will be downloaded from the server, should take between 5-15min depending on your connection.
It's approximately 40MB content when its compressed as it is on FastDL.
and whats when I cant dl map ( happens often to me )
and additionally :1PM BST I never were able to calculate that correctly . Can anyone explain me what time this would be in GMT +- 0?

I remember In the original sunrise my friend got banned for a day and his account reset becuase he PvP'ed

Valve time *body shaking* uughhh Im getting nervous only when I hear someone saying it!
Most issues from earlier are fixed.
In the old Sunrise, I got gagged for explaining that it's ridiculously illegal to be offering up "premium" ship models which aren't 100% original content if users donate $10.
I kept getting responses, from the top of the team, mind you, like: "Oh, well we aren't forcing it so it's okay." or "It's not like people are going to spend it anyway."
I got so fed up I just left the game and never went back. Will this same stupidity be present in Devinity or will the stupid be well weeded out?
There is nothing like that in Devinity, that was Liberty Gaming, the leader being Crissiejjj.
They used the gamemode to make money, we like donations and hope that Devinity can be funded off of them but we will not tip the power strongly to people who donate or off any major content just to people who donate.
Also I just fixed the bug with your HUD and ship disappearing.
Is the server open for playtesting? Or did something happen?
