RCON passwords != gamemode security flaw. If someone got your RCON, you need a better password or to not tell other people the password, usually.

What was that thing floating around where if you don't clear your rcon password, people can read it and send it to the server? Something like that, I think, happened.
Well only 1 person knew it and he's one of the guys who pays for the server and its also not an easy to guess qwerty password, maybe they could have used fm_slay to run some stuff in console since it was an open command?
I also never used the in-game rcon command, I use HLSW

You cannot run custom code on the server with this command. This includes getting the rcon password.
I was hosting diffrent gamemodes on my server and found this now.. i read most of the replies to it and as far as i can figure out you dont want any1 hosting this gamemode w/o permission rigt?
i dont know your server ip and nor do i have the time usualy, so is there any complete copy with maps that i will be allowed to try on my aserver for a week or so?
I really like this flood mod and i run it on my server, but there is a one broblem sometimes. When i play it alone and the round starts, the water increases yes, but when it should go down, it doesn't. Anyone got answer?
By the way, if you make next version of flood, please add some props and more commands like: fm_givemoney or something. Because some of my friends got 0$ in bank when they join firsth time.

Its released to the public, you don't need permission :)

Add this to info.txt and gmod will put all fm_ maps into a Flood category.

If only 1 person is on the server, and they build a boat and go into battle and win, all the timers are 0 and the gamemode just loops, is this just me?
Don't think so, I've heard other people complaining of problems with just one player.

If 1 player is on in the fight round, they immedailty win but the water gets stuck at high point.
i have not had that problem but when players join they cant do nothing, i suppose its because i am using assmod at the same time.
also how do you add people to owner and adding vip ect?

Oh here we go, just as I predicted. One of those "it was good in the early days, now let's all point and stare while it shrivels up in the corner and dies"
How pathetic. The solution is to fix the bugs.
A major command that needs to be added is a /votekick command. Every round, there is always a shark-maker or a minge that needs to be kicked.
And I have an idea, but I'm not sure if it's possible. You can make a tool or a command that assigns a number of props as a "boat". This is kind of hard to describe. Alright, let's say you have a vending machine boat made out of two vending machines. Then you can assign it as your own personal boat and that only you can get onto it (during building round) by making an invisible "force field" of some sort. And then you can assign your friends as 'Crew members' who would be allowed onto the boat.
Nice idea, it would be great to see that implemented.
Also we could really do with PP buddies.
