Add them under admin or super admin in users.txt.
How do i make it so you cant see sweps/stools (W/e it is, sorry if im wrong, but you know what i mean :) ) like weld,No colide, etc? and only like colour, material, rope? where would i go to edi tthat?
edit: How do i set people to VIP or so? and is there a way to add ranks?
Edit2: Im guessing you can only add weapons that are default with gmod? since i tried adding famas and it just said you already own this weapon, not sure why...

Well, i got taking out the tools, just making the custom ranks is the problem, what i thought would have worked is, under findme & findme1 i added another rank and then found the if statement in players.lua and added that.. well, give me a bit and ill post it.
Once i found a server that had completly perfected flood mod but they shut down for some reason :(

I remember playing this a good while ago, I wished there was some other sort of objective rather than just trying to destroy other boats people made.
What would be awesome is if there were something like ichythyosaurs in the water that would try to destroy your boat or create currents in the water to try and sink you.
Ok guys, when i tryed to put this on my server i set sv_defaultgamemode to "Flood" "flood" floodmod" and none of them work, i put the "entities" and "gamemode" folder in the "garrysmod/gamemodes" folder and everything..

Entities and gamemode need to reamin inside the main flood folder, which is placed in gamemodes.
Guys anyone know how to limit specific props,e.g wooden poles allot of people use them to make very long and unbeatable boats so like limit them to 8 or something.I have tried using UPPL but it does not work with floodmod.
Oh man, I haven't played FM in months. I used to play all the time on this one server running a version of FloodMod which didn't have the weld STool. It only had nails and rope. Does anyone remember that server? Is it still up? Could you give me the IP? Much appreciated.

... You need to look in "Players.lua" in the flood gamemode folder, and look under function GM:PlayerSpawn(pl), and find this:

pl:SetTeam(1)[/lua]
and put your steamid where it has Find me's steam id. Or who ever's steam id is there.
