He's only getting away with this because the hosts are caving too easily. In my case NFO shut mine down at the first word of DMCA with no proof from his side. It's sad really because I spent a shit ton of time and money working with that gamemode, and I really enjoyed the gamemode and the community that it creates.

I don't understand why Perp is still a thing. Used to be kinda fun when hunts ran it but now it's just surrounded by drama because people like killslick just sit around all day running a monopoly. Garry's Mod game modes are clearly very serious business. You guys better watch out because this guy has got a lawyer and he's gonna bring this to court if you guys aren't careful :v:. Every other time their PERP went down they blamed it on HellsGamers which actually turned out to be a really nice place. After that I found out KS really is DDoSing other PERP servers.
