I guess it did sound a bit like that huh? lol, but what i meant is that is only one side of it. It is more of a rebuttal to those who say "Its just a game, get outside and get a life" and such. It most certainly is not the only reason why people RP, but what i am trying to point out to Sadistic, aka Slayer3032, is that RP can be a great social experience when it comes to meeting new people and making new friends, not just asskissing admins and making guns to kill players.
The whole 5 paragraph thing was just a preemptive response to him possibly saying "Well you should go out and get some friends in real life, not imaginary ones in the computer." In my own personal experience, this is one of the most commonly said things to gamers who enjoy socializing via internet gaming.

GMP (what TF2TD is located in) is currently under construction, however at the moment PERP2 and GMR2 are the top priorities to finish first before GMP. As far as i know it will be back up in the future, however do not expect it to make an appearance until at least PERP2 is up and running smoothly.

Why such a dramatization of the box being shut down and formatted to remove backdoors, it's not like someone died or your life as you know it is over, a server shut down for a few months and is being redone. Some people found some commands that give them free stuff then got banned in a few hours and someone else still played with is backdoor to give himself items, big deal.

You don't understand what I am trying to say but I guess I can just say that the regular players on Serious RP are a bunch of elitists who circlejerk around PE and hail PE as the best and it could never do wrong and blindly follow it. confused, lost and loners to their real life community, people like this take games to a more serious level and seek interaction on a more personal level and realistic level rather than running around shooting shit and playing with friends and doing stuff that they couldn't do in RL. (Grow Drugs, Gang Wars and stuff like that) Serious Roleplayers are fundamentally different from people who play Lite. Furries and the people dedicated to PE and blindly follow communities are the majority of this.

Because spam of the same subject occurs over multiple months right and all deserve to be removed until a well respected member of PE and probably a friend of Black finally decided to speak against him.

If you bothered to read everything i said, we said it was fine because we did not want players to senselessly panic over what could be seen as a huge deal. The reputation hacking carries with it is "Oh crap, i might get my steam account or personal info stolen! Better avoid that server!" Even though that does happen, our server was in no way a threat like that and the last thing we needed was people thinking going into our servers was going to get the players hacked as well.
You really are exaggerating when you claim we said it was ONLY the exiled. Although Stan was the one responsible for this whole mess, it was in fact was ONLY you guys who were using the exploits aside from Stan himself and a few of his "crew". No other major group in PERP even knew how to exploit. It was your buddies that found Stan's commands and abused it at your will and shared it within your group. The actual "hacking" of the server was indeed 100% Stan, but the EXPLOITING was in fact the exiled and their group as well as Stan.

You seem to think he only used the same door to get in every time. Again that is not true. He had MANY ways of gaining access and it. Use just a little bit of common sense when thinking about this. IF he had only 1 way of getting in and we knew about it, why the hell would we continue to allow him to hack our server and then blame some organization that plays within our servers? Where is the logic in that? He had many ways in, he had the ability to unban whoever he wanted, he created his own custom commands to spawn items/money/etc and when you guys found out, you had a field day rather than letting us know about it.
AND on top of all that you guys are mad at US for banning you? YOU abused exploits and you expect us to do nothing about it? We admitted it was stan that hacked us, but it was in fact you guys who did all of the exploiting aside from Stan himself. You want a car chase, go to GMR, you want to build ramps, go to a build server, you want to RDM, go to HL2DM.
There is a time and place for everything and an RP server is for just that, RPing. Why would we call it an RP server if we just wanted players to kill each other, run people down with cars, and launch themselves off of ramps? It is called RP for a reason. Just because there are so few good RP servers in GMod does not mean PERP has to be a minge fest like the rest of them. It is players with ideals like yours that believe if you can minge in one server you can minge in them all.

The only time we question players is if we see something that looks like it may have been against the rules. You seem to assume we do this just to find someone to ban, but what you dont seem to realize is we question the people to ensure that they are in fact innocent and whatever they did that could have been interpreted as rule breaking is just a misunderstanding.

Again you are generalizing groups, insulting players, and applying your stereotypes to what you THINK those players are. You in fact have no idea at all what goes on during proper RP nor can you seem to comprehend that RPing is actually fun and not this "mind control" gamemode that you are implying. And much ho players got 5 chances before they get perma banned, admins do receive warnings as well. In at least 2 of the topics i do remember, in one Black said that he noted the problem and will deal with it. In another he said he would talk to killabeat.
Again you are ASSUMING that nothing was ever done, yet there were posts from the owner HIMSELF saying that he will deal with the situation. Just because an admin is not stripped of power after every toe stubbing does not mean nothing happened.
